First launched in 1994, the DW-001 introduced Casio’s Capsule Tough design concept. Casio now brings that spirit up to date with the men’s G-Shock G-B001 series watch G-B001MVA-1ER, combining the original design direction with a new, technology-led evolution.

Built with a Carbon Core Guard structure and a metal-clad exterior, it also includes Smartphone Link functionality for connected convenience. A detachable urethane bezel adds a playful, customisable element, with the choice of two bezel options: metal or urethane. The result is a reimagined take on Capsule Tough that retains the look of the original while presenting a fresh new character.
