It is crafted from home-grown, fresh-pressed cider apples rather than concentrate, using a blend of bittersweet and sharp varieties including Dabinett, Michelin and Kingston Black.

Allowing the fruit to fully ripen in the orchard brings full flavour to the finished cider. At 6% ABV, this medium cider suits relaxed pouring and casual sharing, with a balanced character shaped by the blend of traditional cider apples.
