Built for demanding bodyweight training, the Centra Push Up Bars bring a stable, elevated platform to push-ups, dips, handstands and V-sits/L-sits. Constructed from Q195 carbon steel, they’re designed to resist bending and support loads up to 150kg, making them a dependable choice for high-intensity sessions at home, in the gym or outdoors.

Thickened anti-slip foam handles provide cushioned grip and are shaped to help reduce pressure on wrists and palms during longer workouts. Underneath, eccentric rotatable anti-slip feet with 3–8mm pad thickness and bottom rubber pads help keep the bars secure across a range of surfaces, including concrete, tile and carpet, while also helping to protect floors. The design is easy to assemble and disassemble by attaching the legs to the frame, and the lightweight build makes them convenient to carry between training spaces.
