Chicago Metallic Six Piece Creme Brulee Set

From Chicago Metallic, the Six Piece Crème Brûlée Set brings a considered, practical approach to making classic French custard desserts at home. Designed to simplify a notoriously tricky bake, it uses a base tray filled with hot water and a metal stand that suspends the ramekins in the water while they cook, helping heat circulate for more even results.

With four flame-proof ceramic ramekins included, it’s also suited to finishing with a blowtorch when it’s time to caramelise the topping. Every piece is both oven and dishwasher safe, making it easy to move from preparation to baking to clean-up, whether you’re practising your technique or serving guests.
