An ultra thick aluminium core runs throughout each pan, bringing a considered balance of durability and versatility across frying, simmering and larger-batch cooking.

This 4 piece set includes two frying pans, a saucepan with lid and a stockpot with lid. Built to accommodate gas, ceramic, electric and induction hobs, each piece moves from hob to oven when recipes call for a finishing step, with different temperature ratings for pans and lids.
