Compass Box The Spaniard is a blended malt whisky shaped by Spanish cask influence, bringing together whiskies matured in ex-Sherry and ex-Spanish red wine casks. Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers a rounded, generous style with a character that suits unhurried late evening sipping.

The first release includes 48% of the whiskies aged in ex-Sherry casks and 25% in ex-Spanish red wine casks. On the palate it is full, soft and sumptuous, with notes of citrus peel, red wine and spices, followed by a long finish with hints of rich vanilla panna cotta, ripe berries and cherries.
