At the core, a premium aluminium layer is bonded between 304 stainless steel, supporting responsive heating across the cooking surface. A heat-resistant tempered glass lid helps keep heat and moisture contained while letting you monitor progress, finished with a riveted stainless steel handle. Two wide, riveted side handles provide a secure grip for lifting and carrying.
