Coopers Australian Sparkling Ale (12 x 375ml - 5.8%)

Brewed by Coopers, Australian Sparkling Ale is a deep amber ale first brewed in 1862 as the original Red Label. At 5.8% ABV, it offers a fuller, slightly stronger style with a rich gold appearance, moderate bitterness and a distinctive malty palate.

Little has changed in the brewing process since Thomas Cooper’s first batch. Naturally conditioned in bottle, can or keg, it uses Coopers’ own strain of yeast, which creates its characteristic cloudy sediment and individual character. Fruity and floral notes, firm hop bitterness and a clean finish give this Australian ale its enduring appeal.
