How to use the COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner:

After cleansing, dispense desired amount of toner onto the palm of hands or cotton pads and pat gently onto skin.

For maximum results, follow with a sheet mask, essence, serum, eye cream, then moisturiser and night cream. Sheet mask is recommended twice a week.
