COSRX The Vitamin C 23 Serum is a high-strength vitamin C serum made with 23% stabilised pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Created for intensive care, it combines a concentrated water-based formula with an oil layer that sits on top to help prevent oxidation and leave a moisturising finish.

On application, the oil and serum layers blend together and absorb quickly. The formula is positioned to visibly improve skin tone, reduce the appearance of wrinkles and target dullness, while also offering antioxidant protection against environmental stressors.
