From Dashwood Studio, the Gardenia Rayon Challis Fabric is a light-to-medium weight dressmaking fabric with a soft, fluid handle that falls into easy folds. Made from 100% rayon, it has an easy-moving drape that suits pieces where you want movement and a relaxed finish.

Finished with a floral design in black, it brings subtle pattern to everyday makes and occasion looks alike. Use it for dresses, blouses and skirts, or take it in a more contemporary direction with wide-leg trousers. It also works beautifully for scarves, where the lightweight feel and flowing drape come into their own.
