From the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, Dead Man’s Fingers Cherry Rum brings a sweeter, fruit-led take to spiced rum. Bottled at 32% ABV, it draws on the original spiced rum recipe and layers it with a clear cherry character.

Cardamom, cinnamon, brown sugar and pineapple shape the profile, with cherry running through the spirit from start to finish. It suits easy mixed serves and works particularly well with cola and lime.
