Delicario Christmas Surprise Hamper

A rich variety of continental gourmet flavours and winter colours to surprise someone special, including artisan produce capturing the essence of Italy in specialty olives, delicious pasta made with organic durum wheat semolina, smothered in aubergine or ragù of lean slow-cooked Chianina IGP beef, with sweet endings of fluffy leavened cake and a celebratory winter red.

Each item will be carefully wrapped and packed inside the hamper.

Delicario Ragù of Chianina Beef

Ingredients: Chianina beef “vitellinone bianco dell’appenino centrale IGP” 58%, Trentino white wine (sulphites), fresh vegetables in variable proportions (onions, carrots, celery), pork belly 9%, olive oil, salt, assorted herbs, pepper, rosemary. PRESERVATIVE AND GLUTEN FREE.

Delicario Tomato Sauce with Aubergine

Ingredients: Tomato sauce (72%), aubergine (14%), extra virgin olive oil (12%), salt, sugar, garlic.

Delicario Cake in a Jar with Chocolate and Pear

Ingredients: Molino Dallagiovanna type 1 whole wheat flour, dark and milk chocolate (55% minimum cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whey powder, milk fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanilla) butter, candied pear, egg yolk category "A", sugar, water, natural mother yeast, honey, salt, Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla pods.
