For budding gourmets, a journey of Mediterranean flavours including Leccino olives and grilled zucchini, on to fresh artisan pappardelle laced with reserve extra virgin olive oil and a choice of sauces rich in artichokes or porcini mushrooms and Italian sausage, seasoned with the purest of sea salt flakes from Sicily. A sweet ending comes in a jar - the fluffiest cake dotted with a perfect fusion of pistachio and lemon. Share the pleasure!
