The glucosamine is vegetable-sourced and shellfish-free. The chondroitin is sourced from chicken. How to use

• Glucosamine, Chondroitin & Turmeric Complex: swallow 2 or 3 capsules daily with water, with your main meal

• The capsule can be split and poured into food or drinks
