How to use

• Vitamin D3, K2 & C Complex: swallow 1 capsule daily with water and a meal
• The capsule can be split and poured into food or drinks
• Apple Cider Vinegar Complex: swallow 2 capsules daily with water and your main meal

Safety information

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of either product
• If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners), do not take the Vitamin D3, K2 & C complex except on the advice of a doctor
• The Apple Cider Vinegar complex contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children
