The frame is moulded from Grilamide TR90, a thermoplastic polyamide selected for its lightweight feel, flexibility and strength. With 100% memory, it is designed to bounce back to its original shape. Dirty Dog states that TR90 has been proven through harsh testing conditions to retain its properties in extreme temperatures, as well as very humid or dry conditions. TR90 has demonstrated no risk of allergy and is FDA and CE approved.
