The palinca is double-distilled and aged in wooden barrels, developing authentic aromas of Romanian fruit and an unmistakable plum character. Alongside it, the plum rachiu is distilled in copper stills from fully ripened fruit, preserving the sweetness of plums grown in the hills of Satu Mare.
