From Domeniile Averesti, this rosé from the Husi vineyard in Moldova is made from the Busuioaca de Bohotin grape, an old native variety originating from Bohotin. Medium sweet in style and bottled at 12.5% ABV, it shows a typical rosy colour that may vary towards pink or aubergine pink depending on the climatic conditions of the harvest year.

The balance of alcohol, sugar and acidity gives the wine a rounded, complete character. Its taste is sweet and generous, with a slight bitter note sometimes appearing on the aftertaste. Served well chilled, it suits salmon, seafood, fish in brine, a range of cheeses and some desserts.
