Domeniul Coroanei Segarcea Elite Tamaioasa Romaneasca White Wine

From Domeniul Coroanei Segarcea in Oltenia, Elite Tamaioasa Romaneasca is a dry white wine made from Tamaioasa Romaneasca. At 13% ABV, it combines floral and honeyed aromatics with a fresh, mineral profile and balanced acidity.

The grapes were hand-picked and destemmed, then given 24 hours of skin maceration at 8–10°C to draw out aroma before gentle pressing. Fermentation took place slowly over 30 days in stainless steel tanks at 15–18°C, followed by maturation on fine yeasts. This careful approach preserves the variety’s aromatic character while keeping the style precise and dry.
