From Puglia, Due Palme Canonico Salento Negroamaro 2021 is an Italian red wine made from Negroamaro grapes and bottled at 12.5% ABV. Aged in oak for four months, it shows an intense ruby red colour with purple hues and a medium-bodied, dry style.

The character is balanced and approachable, with good fruit content, balanced acidity and soft tannins. Its structure and freshness make it a natural partner for hearty pasta dishes, soups, stews, red meat and medium-aged cheeses.
