Faithfull’s High Carbon Steel (HCS) Hinge Bore Bit is made for drilling blind holes when fitting concealed (Blum) hinges into cabinet doors across kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s suited to natural timber as well as common man-made boards, making it a practical choice for joinery and cabinetry tasks where clean, controlled boring is required.

Designed for stand-mounted drilling, this HCS hinge bore bit supports work on blockboard, melamine faced boards, chipboard and MDF. For repetitive work in man-made boards, high carbon steel (HCS) hinge bits are not recommended.
