Serving suggestion

• Reload Mixed Berry: Drop 1 effervescent tablet in 250 ml water, wait until it dissolves completely in water and drink. You can consume 3-4 tablets during the day during acute dehydration
• Vitamin C, D3 & Zinc: Drop one tablet in 250ml water. Wait until the effervescent tablet dissolves completely and drink. Can be consumed with any of the meals, preferably post breakfast
• Magnesium: Drop one tablet in 250ml water. Wait until the effervescent tablet dissolves completely and drink. Can be consumed 20-30 minutes before bedtime
