Fixaball Adjustable Threading Tap Spanner Wrench Metric Imperial

For hand tapping metal holes, the Fixaball adjustable threading tap spanner wrench accommodates a range of metric and imperial threading tap sizes. Adjustment is made by turning the handle anti-clockwise to open for different shank sizes, then clockwise to secure the tap firmly in place.

When the tap is positioned, the tool is turned clockwise to cut the thread with cutting fluid. The source guidance advises turning 1 full turn, then a half turn back, continuing to the required depth, with cutting fluid reapplied as needed and swarf cleaned from the hole once finished.
