Compact and easy to store, this folding exercise bike gives home cardio sessions a stable steel frame, eight levels of magnetic resistance and a clear LCD monitor. The indoor trainer uses an X-shaped construction for added stability in use, while the seat adjusts across five height positions to suit users from 155-180cm.

Large pedals with straps help keep footing secure, and anti-skid foot pads add grip while helping to protect the floor. On the handlebar, integrated metal contact panels measure heart rate, with the monitor also showing time, speed, distance and calories. When the session is done, the frame folds down neatly for storage.

Programmes and console
