Created around the Closer Serum formula, FRANKLY Closer Pore Tightening Toner Pads are ultra-thin rice jelly toner pads that smooth, hydrate and prep skin. Each pad is soaked in essence with rice extract, a 9-peptide complex and vegan collagen, with a focus on pore care and skin texture.

Use after cleansing as a targeted step, or apply to areas of concern and leave on like a mini sheet mask for a more intensive application. As the essence absorbs, the pad turns white; any remaining essence can be smoothed over skin to moisturise and prepare for make-up.

How to use
