Combining the ease of a steamer with the pressed finish of an iron, the Fridja f20 handheld clothes steamer sits comfortably in one hand and works directly on garments on the hanger. Its standout feature is built-in suction, which draws fabric towards the soleplate and holds it in place as you work, making one-handed steaming simpler across shirts, suits, dresses, knitwear, curtains and bedding.

A hot aluminium soleplate with Teflon coating reaches up to 160°C in steam mode to press creases flat rather than simply easing them. Steam can be switched off for dry ironing at up to 130°C, while the 90° rotating soleplate helps tackle collars, cuffs, plackets and hems more naturally. Fridja also equips the f20 with two steam settings, a detachable 90ml tank, self-clean cycle and washable filter for straightforward day-to-day use.

Please note

• Suitable for horizontal and vertical use
• Start on the lower setting and test an inconspicuous area if you are unsure about a fabric

Care

• Turn off, unplug and allow the steamer to cool before care
• Empty the tank after use and leave the cap open to dry
• Rinse the filter under the tap, dry it fully and refit it
• Wipe the soleplate with a soft damp cloth and avoid abrasive materials on the Teflon coating
• Run the self-clean cycle regularly, more often in hard water areas

Filtered water is recommended, particularly in hard water areas. Never submerge the steamer or store it with water in the tank.
