From Fushi, Organic Black Seed Oil is a 100% pure, cold and fresh-pressed oil made from organic Nigella sativa seeds, traditionally used both internally and externally to support inner and outer wellbeing. Rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids (Omega 3, 6 and 9), it offers mineral and antioxidant support as part of a daily routine.

Taken with food, it can be enjoyed as a cooking oil, drizzled over salads or blended into smoothies. Applied topically, it is often used on problem skin to help promote a clearer-looking complexion and to help tackle dry, itchy and scaly skin conditions. It may also be massaged into hair and is commonly used as a natural chest rub.

Care
