This soap dish is made from the heart of a tropical coconut tree. The wood has a beautiful dark unique grain pattern that stands out amongst other woods. We offer two sizes perfect for one or two soaps.

Why Coconut Wood

Being a creative woodworker I love researching and finding unique woods to work with. Coconut wood immediately caught my eye! The soap dish is made from the heart of the tree! The wood itself is classed in the palm wood category and is a hardwood.

Sustainability

The wood used is completely sustainable. Although not common. The wood is harvested from trees blown down during a tropical storm.

Each dish is handmade! Sanded smooth and oiled using OSMO POLYX hard wax oil. This provides perfect protection in the bathroom. We also provide non slip feet as the bathroom has many slippery surfaces
