Designed for flexible home training, the Gr8 Home Adjustable Pull Up Door Bar creates a secure doorway set-up without drilling or permanent fixings. Its telescopic design adjusts from 70-100cm, making it easy to position within most standard door frames and remove again when you want your space back.

Built from alloy steel and finished in black, it uses a wedge-shaped structure with widening anti-skid devices on both sides. When mounted properly, it can hold up to 550lbs (250kg) for supported pull-ups and chin-ups. For added variety, the bar can also be positioned lower in the doorway for exercises including sit-ups, push-ups, dips, crunches and stretching.
