Grind Defense Night Guard

The Grind Defense Night Guard is a night-time mouthguard designed to help protect teeth from grinding while you sleep. Created to form a cushioning barrier between the upper and lower teeth, it is intended to reduce direct contact and help guard against enamel wear and micro-fractures associated with bruxism.

An easy boil-and-bite fitting process allows the guard to be moulded to the contours of your mouth for a more secure fit. Made from odour-free material and described as BPA-free and non-toxic, it is also straightforward to clean and maintain as part of a regular nightly routine.
