Made for relaxed days that don’t stop at the front door, the Gumbies Outback women’s slipper pairs an easy slip-on shape with a distinctive navy and pink finish. Soft double-layer felt uppers use a vegan-friendly alternative to wool, keeping the look clean and the feel cosy. Underfoot, a foam insole is made from plant-derived organic materials, while the flexible Gumtread outsole is built from recycled rubber.

Materials are chosen with a second-life focus, including felt made from recycled plastic and an outsole made with recycled rubber. Through Gumbies’ partnership with Empower AS, each purchase of the Outback slipper recovers the equivalent of 80 plastic bottles’ worth of plastics from ocean shorelines and riverbanks, while supporting local waste-pickers in South-East Asia and Africa.
