GWD is a contemporary British fashion brand created by the fashion innovator and designer of the decade George Davies, the creator behind the brands Next, George at Asda and Per-Una at M&S, specialising in creating unique styles which we know our customers will love.

Specialising in clothing for women and for girls, GWD uses the knowledge gained by George and the team over the past two decades to create products customers love and trust.

GWD prides itself on producing current and exciting collections and styles created from travelling the world and gathering the latest inspiration in fabric, colour, style, and detail. The GWD collections introduce continuous newness and create an enjoyable shopping experience for the customer.

We take pride in the fact that our collections appeal to a wide customer base.  When it comes to girlswear, GWD offers a mixture of dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, and Jeans. We like to make outfit building easy for our customers, often if you find a skirt you love, there will be a top or two to coordinate, and we reflect these outfits in our photographic imagery.

Giving Back – George W. Davies Charitable Trust 

My greatest passion is supporting good causes and focusing my energy to improve other’s lives.

Having been lucky in my life, there is no greater feeling than giving something back. The George Davies Charitable Trust was set up in 1995, specifically aimed at supporting children, education, and health.

It is not just about giving money, but also my time. Immersing myself in the detail, I endeavour to meet and work with the beneficiaries, so I can understand their needs and therefore support them in the best way possible.
