Havendro Twisting Waist Disc Waist Twist Board Machine Abdomen Exercise Balancing Board

Built for home training, the Havendro Twisting Waist Disc waist twist board machine combines a compact twisting platform with added balance and resistance features. Its construction pairs carbon steel with durable ABS, while the triangular structure gives the board a solid, non-slip base.

A counterbalance plate, precision ball bearings and foot massage blocks add more detail to the design, with a built-in silent track and high-speed bearings in the sliding mechanism for smooth, quiet movement. Resistance can be adjusted by rotating the black button, making it suitable for different stages of training. An elastic cord is also included to add pulling resistance while twisting and to support balance and stability during use.
