The team have been making cheese in the heart of Northumberland since 1984. Firstly, a Nettle wedge which is full of herbs and flavour. Don't worry it doesn't sting! Next, a classic Original Wedge to go with most cracker and chutney choices. Finally, we have included an Oak Smoked Wedge which is rich in flavour and very moreish!

Furthermore, we have selected some Peter's Yard Original Sourdough Crispbreads and Cottage Delight, Pheasant & Fine Champagne Pâté, a wonderful blend of aromatic pheasant and delicate champagne combine to create a truly special celebratory pâté.
