The scent opens with orange peel before unfolding into a resinous, enveloping heart shaped by amber, incense and caramel. Woods and balsams give it lasting richness, with cedar, sandalwood, oak and patchouli layered against Peru balsam, Siam resin, tonka bean and vanilla sugar. The overall effect is warm, smooth and slightly smoky, with a softly gourmand edge rather than overt sweetness.
