Handcrafted in Italy, it features a copper-stainless exterior and a nonreactive 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface for easy cleaning.

This large 32cm skillet is made with five-layer bonded construction and a thick 100% pure copper core. A wrap-around stainless-steel base is optimised for induction efficiency, while reinforced, flared rims support drip-free pouring. Innovative flush rivets help with stacking and make cleaning simpler. Oven and grill safe, it is heat tolerant up to 315°C/600°F.

Use and care

• Metal utensil safe
• Hand-wash; thoroughly dry with a soft cloth
• We recommend Wright's Copper Cream for polishing and removing any discoloration
• Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads or harsh detergents
• Copper will develop a natural patina over time; to restore the shiny appearance, use a copper polish and dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth
• Not recommended for the dishwasher
