Designed for confident everyday cooking, the Hestan ProBond Induction Stainless Steel Skillet brings professional engineering to the hob. This medium 28cm frying pan is handcrafted in Italy with a tri-ply body and a responsive pure aluminium core, finished in 18/10 stainless steel.

Built for flexible stovetop cooking, it is suitable for all hobs including gas, electric and induction, and is optimised for induction. An ergonomic handle is secured with flush rivets for a firm, comfortable hold, while the pan geometry is shaped to provide 20% more cooking surface than traditional pans its size. It is also oven and grill safe to 600F for seamless stove-to-oven cooking.
