Created in collaboration with acclaimed chef and restaurateur Thomas Keller, the Hestan Thomas Keller Insignia Induction Stainless Steel Pan Set brings a considered mix of stainless steel cookware and a TITUM™ non-stick sauté pan to the kitchen. Handcrafted in Italy, this 7-piece collection is built around tri-ply clad 18/10 stainless steel with Hestan’s ProCore™ aluminium core.

A 32cm universal lid with Hestan steam vents is designed to reduce boil overs, pressure and rattling, while sealed rims support drip-free pouring and are engineered for dishwasher-safe cleaning. Purposeful details continue through the handle design, with a seamless-fit construction intended to reduce food build-up and a heat vent positioned to reduce heat transfer.
