The flooring is made from 100% polypropylene and has a 5 tonne capacity per tile, with a vented construction that promotes airflow and a textured slip-resistant surface. In this set, 165 grey and 60 black tiles with 60 edge pieces cover 36 square metres in a 15 tiles x 15 tiles configuration.

The lighting element includes 28 LED lights with border in a modular honeycomb layout. Made from PVC in a white finish, the system delivers 110-120 lumens with a 6500K colour temperature and supports screw, grid or suspended mounting.
