HIRO at Rackhams

HIRO is a British wellness brand, founded in London in 2020 for people who want daily supplements that work and taste good. We believe looking after yourself should fit into a normal day, and everything we make answers to four rules: potency, efficacy, bioavailability and enjoyment.

The range is built around an easy daily routine. Our effervescent hydration tablets are rich in potassium and come in three flavours people genuinely look forward to; SIGNAL is our 11am nootropic capsule, made with Cognizin® citicoline, Lion's Mane, L-theanine and Korean ginseng; and Clean Creatine is pure micronised creatine monohydrate that mixes easily into water. HIRO has been recommended by GQ Recommends and The Independent (2026), and our hydration is a BBC Good Food Award winner.

Our promise is properly dosed ingredients, honest labels and products you'll actually enjoy taking. More than 40,000 customers have already made HIRO part of their day.
