Hozelock 2055 Aquastop Plus Hose Connector For 12.5-15mm (1/2-5/8in) Hose - Multi Colour

From Hozelock, the AquaStop Plus Hose Connector is designed to make changing watering accessories simpler and cleaner. An internal valve automatically stops the water flow when an accessory such as a spray gun is disconnected, so you can switch between attachments without returning to the tap. It also helps prevent water being wasted by stopping the flow as soon as the connection is released.

Built for dependable everyday garden use, all internal parts are made from ultra-tough engineering plastics for a long, leak-free service life. A triple locking system keeps the connection secure up to 10 bar, while the sleeve remains easy to operate even when wet thanks to twin soft-touch pads. Barbs grip the inside and outside of the hose to keep it firmly in place, and an ingenious flexible hose-tail on the nut helps virtually eliminate kinking, swelling and leaking at the connection point. This fitting is best used at the gun end of the hosepipe and is suitable for use with all 12.5mm (1/2in) and 15mm (5/8in) hose diameters.
