For automotive finishing and surface protection, Hycote Petrol Resistant Lacquer is a clear lacquer in a 2 x 400ml pack. It provides a high gloss protective finish with resistance to petrol and is suitable for use over Hycote acrylic automotive paints, including areas exposed to petrol splashes such as motorcycle tanks.

It can also be applied to bare metallic surfaces where corrosion resistance is required. The formulation is compatible with most conventional automotive finishes and offers strong adhesion to metals and to most paint finishes.
