From Impromta, this polished chrome 4-in-1 Biometric Boiling Water Tap brings instant access to boiling water to your kitchen, supported by fingerprint recognition technology designed to help minimise the risk of burns and scalds. Boiling water is dispensed at the touch of a button once a registered fingerprint is recognised, while regular hot and cold mains water operates as usual for everyday tasks. The 4-in-1 model also provides filtered cold water.

Created with family homes in mind, the biometric system is intended to prevent accidental activation, while double spring-loaded redundancy locks help ensure the tap cannot be left running without maintaining the lever in position. The complete system comprises a tap, a boiler, and a carbon attraction water filter, with hot and cold mixer levers positioned on the right to regulate flow and temperature. The boiler heats water to 98C and can be adjusted from 75 - 98; dispensed temperature can vary.
