From J Chivite Family Estates, Coleccion 125 Vendimia Tardia 2021 is a natural sweet wine made from Moscatel de Grano Menudo. Sourced from the El Candelero vineyard, planted in 1969, the grapes are handpicked in 12 separate selections between October and December.

Natural fermentation in French oak barrels gives this 2021 vintage notable ageing potential. The palate is elegant and layered, with acacia, sandalwood and candied fruit, balanced by acidity, sweetness and fruit, and finishing with fig and honey. Offered in a 37.5cl half bottle, it is well suited to after-dinner serving.
