From J Chivite Family Estates, Las Fincas Rosé 2025 is a Spanish rosé shaped by freshness, texture and a distinctly food-friendly style. Created by Julian Chivite as a tribute to José María Arzak, it is made from Garnacha and Tempranillo grown on the Finca de Legardeta vineyard, a long-held family site with a distinctive climate and soil.

Six months of lees ageing brings extra roundness and a creamy texture to the wine’s vibrant fruit character. The result is smooth and balanced, with bright aromatics and a persistent finish that suits the table as naturally as an aperitif.
