Joe Satriani Not Of This Earth is a fully instrumental debut album, originally released in 1986. Satriani began as a guitar instructor for players including Steve Vai and Metallica's Kirk Hammett, later building a solo career and performing with Mick Jagger in 1988 and Deep Purple in 1993, as well as the supergroups G3 and Chickenfoot.

This LP is issued as a 40th anniversary edition on red coloured vinyl, limited to 1200 individually numbered copies. The complete album is presented across Side A and Side B.
