How to apply

• Dampen a firm, fine pointed or angled brush with water, work over the surface to create a creamy consistency, then apply
• For extended durability, scrape product onto a blending plate, add a drop of Cake Eye Liner Sealer, mix to a creamy consistency, then apply
• Alternatively, apply with water, allow to dry, then apply Cake Eye Liner Sealer carefully over the top with a fine brush
