Designed for frying and searing, it suits everything from steaks and chicken to fish and vegetables, with an uncoated interior that calls for sufficient oil to help prevent sticking.

A fully encapsulated, impact-bonded induction base supports fast, even heating, while the rolled pouring lip helps with neat serving. The ergonomic stainless steel handle is riveted for a secure feel and includes a hanging loop; it stays cool on the hob provided flames are not licking up the sides.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting, then use hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue
• Hand wash and dry before first use
• If cleaning by hand use hot, soapy water; stubborn burnt-on stains might need soaking first
• Use a nylon brush or scourer for gentle cleaning; do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob
• Try to match the diameter of the pan to the ring on the hob
• Heat the pan gradually; do not place it on a high heat
• Use only silicone, wooden or metal utensils
• Heat with some oil and make sure the oil is hot before adding food; after adding food do not try to move it until it has seared and releases
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place on the oven floor; always use an oven shelf
• Limescale marks can be removed with a little lemon juice or vinegar
