Crafted from high quality 18/10 stainless steel and finished with a three layer non-stick coating toughened with titanium particles, it’s designed for rice dishes and equally suited to one-pan favourites such as risottos, chillies and curries.

A thick, encapsulated base is built to store and spread heat efficiently, while the handles are designed to remain cool on the hob when flames are not licking up the side. Suitable for all hobs including induction, this 36cm pan also moves confidently into the oven up to 240° C for flexible cooking.

Use and care

• Remove all packaging and peel off any labels before wetting the pan, then use hot, soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any residue
• Hand wash and dry before first use
• For hand cleaning, use hot, soapy water; soak first for stubborn burnt-on stains
• Use a nylon brush or scourer for gentle cleaning; avoid abrasive cleaning agents and metal scourers
• Avoid dragging across a glass-topped hob
• Try to match the diameter of the pan to the ring on the hob
• Heat the pan gradually; do not place it on a high heat
• Use silicone or wooden utensils
• Use oven gloves when removing from the oven
• Do not place the pan on the oven floor; use an oven shelf
• Limescale marks can be removed with a little lemon juice or vinegar
